Whether you're a beginner or an expert, WPF will provide you with a program to suit your level of fitness and lifestyle. From home workouts to gym based workouts, WPF has you covered!

How do I claim my first week of any WPF workout package for free?

Sign up to any WPF workout package using the discount coupon code WPF1 to gain access to your first week of any package for free. After the first week you will start the weekly billing cycle of that package as per the normal price. You can cancel at any time during the first week to prevent being charged for ongoing weeks.

What workout package is best for me?

Choose a workout based on your gym experience, fitness level, goals or the amount of time you would like to spend working out in the gym or alternatively, within the comfort of your own home.

Once you have selected a WPF program, progression is through three, one month cycles. On completion of your selected program, you can either reuse it or progress to another.

The programs:

  1. At Home - 3 days per week

  2. Bikini Body - 3 days per week

  3. Beginner Full Body - 3 days per week

  4. Intermediate - 3 or 4 days per week

  5. Advanced - 5 days per week

  6. Athlete - 3 days per week
