Strength Training Seminar, Pain Education Seminar, Women's Health & Strength Training Seminar and Strength & Nutrition Seminar
They are perfect for the general public, businesses, health practices (Physio, Chiro, Osteo, personal training, S+C), health students, fitness enthusiasts and anyone interested in the body, health and fitness. These seminars can be delivered face to face or via Zoom and each seminar lasts for 60-80 minutes.
